Grant Program Manager

As a Grant Program Manager, you will oversee our grant programs to achieve strategic objectives and drive meaningful impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the proposal review process, ensuring evaluations are fair and rigorous.
  • Develop and implement reporting and impact evaluation regimes for funded research.
  • Engage with grantees to monitor progress and provide guidance on evaluation criteria.
  • Oversee marketing and communications efforts to develop compelling content for external audiences.
  • Assist in crafting stories of impact and success related to our grants.
  • Lead and develop the Foundation team, enabling systems and processes to build employee engagement and performance metrics.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in grant management, program evaluation, or a related field.
