This role requires a professional with exceptional team collaboration and coordination skills to support a multi-disciplinary group of trades professionals delivering property maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to monitor work allocation, track staff attendance and training, provide administrative support, and assist in the day-to-day management of the fleet and workshops.

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, providing expert administrative support, and addressing concerns or issues raised by the trade team or customers.

Eligibility/other requirements:

  • Hold or have the capacity to obtain a White Card and Asbestos Awareness qualification;
  • Qualification/s in Business, Administration, Property/Facilities Management, Project Management, Work Health and Safety, Procurement, Contract Management, or trades are highly desirable;
  • A current driver's licence (car).
