Main Responsibilities- Prioritize operational knowledge and experience in all departments, focusing on rooms, food and beverage, revenue management, and customer relationships.
- Develop strong connections with key internal and external partners, including body corporate.
- Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line results through strategic planning and decision-making.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
- Design and implement effective budgets to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Market accommodation sales through proven strategies.
- Apply strong revenue management techniques.
