This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of our collections strategy, driving innovation and operational efficiency. As a key member of the Retail Credit Risk team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle.

The Collections Strategy team is responsible for modernising how we engage with customers in arrears, using data analytics and AI to drive better outcomes. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, this team is leading the shift from traditional collections to a future-fit, technology-enabled model.

You will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative collections strategies, overseeing the transformation of the operating model, and embedding AI and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
