Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and monitor project schedules, risks, issues, and actions to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to facilitate effective communication.
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of presentation materials for Workshops, SteerCo, and project meetings to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Provide administrative support as needed by the project team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to assist with Fit-Gap requirements and user story documentation to ensure accurate and complete information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator in a Human Resources or Payroll operations environment.
  • Experience using Jira or Microsoft DevOps to manage and track project progress.
  • Excellent communication, written, and stakeholder management skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology to adapt to changing project requirements.
