**Job Description:** We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring tutor to join our team. As a primary school tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in a small group setting. You will work with students who require additional support in literacy and numeracy, helping them to build their confidence and achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Teach students using our proven methodology
  • Tutor students in a positive and caring manner, promoting self-esteem and self-worth
  • Use our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons, saving time on preparation

**Requirements:**

  • Teaching degree or in the final year of your degree
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Friendly, professional, and personable manner
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Positive and vibrant personality
  • Confidence using software and computers
  • Genuine love for learning and teaching
  • Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
