Highly Skilled Commercial Litigation Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in commercial litigation and restructuring & insolvency matters. You will work closely with our leading Partners, including Alex Wolff, Peter Lucarelli, Helen Joyce, and Andrew Prowse.
The Team: Our Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency group is one of the Australian office's largest practice groups. We have a commercially pragmatic approach, focusing on the issues that matter to clients rather than simply managing the litigation process.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of matters in commercial litigation;
- relevant experience in a top-tier or leading international law firm (preferred);
- a strong client service focus;
- a commitment to high standards, including strong drafting and commercial skills;
- business development aptitude, interest, and experience;
- excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills;
- an ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships;
- an ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity;
- an ability to work well in a team environment;
- a willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences;
- a strong academic background.
