Located in the picturesque Shark Bay World Heritage Area, our resort offers a range of accommodation options catering for up to 1,200 guests. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping team to ensure the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily room preparations and conduct pre-arrival checks to guarantee exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Proactively manage guest feedback to drive continuous improvement in customer service
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role with proven leadership abilities
  • Previous leadership experience required
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency
  • Valid driver's license essential
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
