About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Applied Science Manager to lead our Generative AI Innovation Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing a team of data scientists, researchers, and engineers to build innovative AI solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data scientists, researchers, and engineers to develop and deploy AI solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in managing data scientists, researchers, or engineers
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and information retrieval
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications
  • Experience in building complex software systems, especially involving deep learning, machine learning, and computer vision
