Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth in Western Australia. This is a key role within the sales organisation, providing customers with innovative equipment and support solutions that represent long-term sustainable value for their business bottom line.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our efforts with a defined group of mining and civil customers, acting as the primary customer contact and owning the customer relationship. They will demonstrate knowledge and experience of the industry, with the ability to identify specific application understanding and work through multiple facets of the customers' requirements to offer viable and workable solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and promote the solutions and capabilities of Epiroc. They will be able to make decisions within set parameters and deliver information to various levels within both Epiroc and the customer's organisations.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Background in and understanding of business development, account management or general sales
  • Technical aptitude - not required to be an expert in machinery, but a solid understanding of technical considerations is important
