About the Position

This senior leadership role will see you develop and manage internal data solutions, driving strategic vision and user-centric design to empower business users.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can blend data strategy, product vision, and user experience to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the strategic direction for enterprise data capabilities
  • Lead development of data products that cater to non-technical users
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape feature roadmaps
  • Manage the full lifecycle of products from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement
  • Apply data modelling, UX insights, and business process analysis to drive product evolution
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with governance and privacy-by-design principles
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams for seamless integration
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as adoption rates, user satisfaction, and data quality
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a collaborative team culture
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in data platforms and analytics
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration principles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, UX/UI, business)
  • Skilled in agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and iterative product development
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to collaborate across Melbourne office locations
