Job Title: Strategic Visionary
Job DescriptionThe Director of Strategy, Economics and Insights will lead the development of a long-term strategic vision for the organisation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, economics, insights and reporting, providing a helicopter view across key functions.
Key responsibilities include developing and integrating enterprise-wide strategies, delivering high-quality internal and external reports, interpreting complex data and advising on policy positioning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and continuously improving performance measurement and evaluation frameworks, as well as partnering with internal teams to publish research that contributes to policy debate.
Required Skills and QualificationsPostgraduate qualifications in economics, strategy, data science or a related field are required. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in public sector strategy, performance reporting and regulatory reform.
A strong track record in senior stakeholder engagement, executive advising and credibility in domestic and international forums is essential. The ability to lead and integrate cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments is also crucial.
