About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Dayforce system, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy. They will troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Our ideal candidate will conduct regular analyses of data trends and system usage to identify opportunities for improvement. They will generate reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.

Process Improvement

Collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams, the Expert Dayforce Operations Specialist will streamline processes, enhance user experience, and implement best practices within the Dayforce platform.

User Support and Training

Providing technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to Dayforce functionalities, is a key responsibility of this role. The candidate will also conduct training sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the system effectively.

Compliance and Auditing

Ensuring data compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations is crucial. The Expert Dayforce Operations Specialist will participate in audits and assist in maintaining accurate documentation.

Project Participation

The candidate will engage in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations. They will contribute to project planning and execution to align with business objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse needs, and facilitate communication between users and technical teams is essential.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $AUD 80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
