Job Title: Production Operator

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable individual to support our production team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, hardworking, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.

  • Assist in achieving production standards and maintaining safety protocols.
  • Achieve a zero-injury, defect-free mindset and promote behaviours that impact SHEQ.
  • Participate in Nestl's Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) principles to improve performance.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  1. Reliably perform tasks with flexibility including ability to work shift work.
  2. Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning with strong focus on safety, quality, and wellbeing.
  3. Show good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
  4. Work effectively with SAP and understand SAP transactions.
  5. Develop technical aptitude and physical capability for manual handling.
  6. Commit to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  7. Hold a forklift licence.
