
Production Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Factory Leadership Team as a key member. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving cost improvements and ensuring financial compliance across the factory.
Key Responsibilities:- Diligently seek out opportunities for cost improvement and prioritize projects to ensure timely completion and realization of savings.
- Understand key factory cost drivers and their impact on factory variances, utilizing SAP reports to inform decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of input data for Period-end Close (PEC) and adherence to financial policies and standards.
- Provide early warning to stakeholders in case of major cost deviations.
- Participate in business planning, coordinating, challenging, and preparing input assumptions for the Standard Cost Budget (SCB) and Dynamic Forecast (DF).
- Develop, control, and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests.
- Ensure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including internal controls development and implementation.
- Coach and develop factory finance personnel, promoting career and succession planning.
- Promote clear understanding of financial key figures and costing within the factory through training sessions for non-specialists.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of delivering results in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced changes.
- Natural passion for data and attention to detail.
- Degree qualified in Finance, with 5+ years' experience in key commercial financial areas, including Costing, Distribution/Supply Chain, and Decision Support.
- Manufacturing Costing experience within a factory or supply chain environment.
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Understanding of FMCG industry, excellent Excel, SAP, and reporting tools knowledge essential, with Power BI an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
