Job Overview

This is a high-performing role that will drive the delivery of consumer sales and retention programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, making sales calls to prospective and existing members, working within the consumer team to reach revenue targets, and creating strategies to ensure membership retention aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and fans.
  • Making proactive servicing calls to prospective and existing members to grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with the consumer team to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies to improve membership renewal rates.
  • Oversee the club's nurture program for first and second-year members to foster long-term relationships.
  • Design and execute structured follow-up programs on non-renewals to minimize churn.
