Concrete Operations Leader

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our concrete plants, ensuring safety, production, and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Take ownership of plant operations, including safety protocols, production targets, and customer engagement.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive business performance through effective cost management, budgeting, and profit-and-loss accountability.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead and support your team to deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and gather regional intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
