Treasury Settlement Specialist

As a key player in our Treasury Settlements team, you will provide critical support to the back office operations of the Treasury Department.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for processing and settlement of Treasury transactions, ensuring deals are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and settle Treasury transactions with precision and speed
  • Distribute maturing corporate deals to dealers for instructions, streamlining the transaction process
  • Confirm transactions and instructions with counterparties, ensuring seamless communication
  • Verify dealing evidence and SWIFT confirmations (MT320 / MT399)
  • Authorize STP deals, book transfer and trades in the external matching/settling system
  • Release STP payment order for Corporate and Interbank Money Mkt transactions
  • Promote timely and accurate payment/settlement of Treasury products

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar or related role within Treasury Operations
  • Fundamental understanding of loans, payments etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
