Customer Service Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Customer Service Manager. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes and maintaining successful customer connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk customers require an expert who can optimise their portfolios by developing and leveraging networks to secure new opportunities and contracts.
  • You will partner with major customers to deliver strong commercial results and support the development of proposals, tender responses, and business cases within your portfolio.
  • The Commercial Portfolio Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting negotiations and contracting processes, focusing on renewing current contracts before expiry.
  • To achieve performance requirements, the manager must implement rigorous contract performance processes.

About You

We are looking for an energetic and passionate commercial specialist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role and background is essential.
  • Strong commercial experience, preferably with a logistics background.
  • University qualifications in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • High-level skills in identifying, specifying, and delivering customer service in large commercial organisations.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and business strategy, enabling data-based decisions.
