Customer Service Ambassador

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who love making others smile, are outgoing and confident, and take pride in their work. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Participate in stock takes, opening and closing the store, cleaning, and preparing basic food items.

Requirements:

  • Approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Flexible approach to work, prioritizing customer needs and adapting to changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months fast food or restaurant experience.

Benefits:

  • Casual work arrangement, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
  • $25.00 - $35.00 per hour pay rate, commensurate with experience.
  • Australia (preferred) Work Authorisation.
