We're seeking a detail-oriented and friendly individual to provide exceptional service to our guests.
This role involves welcoming and acknowledging guests according to established standards, assisting with menu recommendations, completing closing duties, setting up and maintaining work areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, including welcoming and acknowledging them according to company standards. They'll also be responsible for ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
The following responsibilities highlight what we're looking for in this role:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Assist guests with menu, dietary requirements, and recommendations.
- Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment, and returning equipment to proper locations.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
