About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic leader to spearhead our Concierge and Valet teams, ensuring seamless customer-focused service delivery. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead by example and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guest Reception: Provide warm and professional welcome services to guests from pre-arrival to departure, exceeding their expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with Front Office leadership and other departments to drive success through leading, developing, and inspiring your team members.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure effective communication between departments to guarantee smooth service delivery and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services.
  • Roster Management: Establish and manage rosters according to business needs, ensuring the department is fully staffed at all times.
  • Health and Safety: Focus on maintaining a safe work environment for your team while adhering to local policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

We require:

  • A seasoned hospitality leader with experience in similar roles or environments, open to growth across different areas of the hotel industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership and management skills, and ability to drive projects forward.
  • Ongoing commitment to quality, desire to build strong relationships with colleagues, and high standards of personal presentation.
  • Strong time management and superior communication skills, as well as flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Adelaide CBD and surrounding areas, preferably with experience using Opera property management systems.
