About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Design Team Leader to lead our Civil Design team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of civil engineers to deliver design programs for civil infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved
  • Manage and maintain relationships with contractors and key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in leading and managing civil design teams
  • Expert computer skills, including CAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling software
  • High-level professional and technical design skills
  • Registered member of the Institute of Engineers Australia
