Job Opportunity: Civil Engineer and Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer and Designer to join our team at Macro Recruitment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering civil engineering projects, including subdivision design, road and stormwater drainage, and water and sewer reticulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver civil engineering projects, including subdivision design, road and stormwater drainage, and water and sewer reticulation.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions and determine design parameters.
  • Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Attend site meetings and offer technical support to clients and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in civil engineering, particularly in subdivision design.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
  • Experience with road, stormwater drainage, water, and sewer reticulation design for council approval.
  • A diploma in civil engineering/design would also be acceptable provided you have the experience and knowledge.
