**About the role**

Mercedes-Benz Miranda is currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious Service Department. You will be part of a team of 3 service advisors.

This position is Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
- Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and the workshop
- Coordinating the customer car pick up, cleaning and delivery time
- Liaising with the customer on estimated completion times, updates and follow up required
- Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner consistent

**Skills and experience**
- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor; ideally within a prestigious Automotive Brand
- Experience with ERAnet/Power
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable, Punctual and hardworking disposition
- Sound Organisational skills and Time Management
