About the Role

This is a great opportunity for qualified lifeguards who value water safety, enjoy working with people, and want to keep the community safe in our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas both in and surrounding our pools are a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure pool operations run smoothly and safely during shifts.
  • Communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and management to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within their facility.
  • Able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • A Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
  • A Blue card.
  • A Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded.
