This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry, government and communities to innovate new ways of business thinking and solve complex problems.

You'll be part of a diverse and skilled team of engineers, scientists, designers, architects, planners, advisors, innovators and change makers who are committed to making a positive impact.

As a member of our Sustainability Team, you'll have the chance to:

  • Undertake climate risk assessments for energy, water, aviation, infrastructure and government clients.
  • Evaluate organisational emissions across scope 1, 2 and 3 and work with clients to innovate and ideate solutions leading to net-zero emissions.
  • Help clients discover opportunities in nature-based solutions enhancing their local biodiversity and retaining valuable environmental resources.
  • Work with the broader GHD business providing integrated sustainability solutions across a range of project, client types and regions (domestically and internationally).

Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. You'll work alongside your peers, managers and mentors to develop your skills and expertise.
