We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic project team.

This role involves working closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure accurate, cost-effective and efficient procurement of materials, goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP ERP Systems Management
  • Monitoring Purchase Orders creation and approval processes
  • Data integrity checks in Request for Supplies (RFS) conversion to Purchase Orders
  • Timely production and release of POs to Suppliers
  • Providing analytics and SAP data requests support
  • Issuing Purchase Orders and attachments via Document Control process
  • Budget review and approvals for all procurements
  • Collaboration with Department Heads on timelines for procurement of goods and services
  • Expedited delivery management with suppliers as required
  • Cost and schedule variation management including project approvals and Purchase Order revisions
Required Skills
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in procurement or related field
  • Tertiary education certificate in business, commercial, supply chain or procurement-related subjects
  • Understanding of procurement, cost and stock control procedures
  • Microsoft Office and SAP skills (desired)
  • Effective communication, time management and flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
