Job Title: Estate Management Professional

We are a reputable real estate company seeking a skilled Estate Management Professional to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance tasks for properties, including liaising with contractors and sending work orders
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy matters
  • Perform ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Finalize and refund bonds
  • Organize open inspections to find potential tenants
  • Process applications
  • Approve and sign up tenants, explaining requirements under the Act
  • Attend tribunal and evictions

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Well-organized and proficient with ability to prioritize
  • Estate management experience required
  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills, including MS Office
  • Experience with property management software advantageous
