Business System Specialist

  • Manage client support cases through our ticketing system, prioritizing requests to deliver high-quality service and outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and service requests.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and TechnologyOne system capabilities, recommending tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with an extended team of consulting experts when needed, ensuring client cases are resolved to the highest standard.
  • Support clients in simplifying, optimizing, and modernizing their business applications, empowering better business outcomes every day.
  • Continuously grow knowledge through team mentoring, cross-training opportunities, and hands-on experience across a broad range of industries and processes.

Requirements:

  • 2 + years' experience in TechnologyOne Consulting or similar experience as a user, specifically TechnologyOne CiA and/or Ci versions from at least 2023 to current.
  • 2 + years' experience in designing and implementing business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CiA and/or Ci versions from at least 2023 to current.
  • TechnologyOne HRP, Asset Management, or Property and Rating Skills is beneficial.
  • Experience and knowledge of documenting functional specifications.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements, understand their needs, and advise on leveraging software investments effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
