Control Room Operator

As a key member of our security team, you will provide a visible presence while remaining alert and focused.
This role is part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused group working together to ensure the highest level of security for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and operating CCTV and radio communications systems;
- Liaising with emergency services as required;
- Monitoring and operating access control systems;
- Processing camera footage requests according to client procedures;
- Responding to customer and staff after-hours calls;
- Maintaining security measures to prevent unauthorized access or loss of recorded information;
- Assisting clients as needed during emergency situations;
- Conducting daily maintenance checks on cameras and communication equipment.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Certificate II in Security Operations;
- QLD Security Licence - Unarmed Security Officer and Monitoring Security Officer;
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate;
- Current Drivers Licence;
- Unrestricted availability for a 24/7 roster.
