As a successful candidate, you will be heavily invested in receiving formal training and mentoring from our seasoned and skilled people. This tailored training will ensure you're prepared and confident for your new role.

Selection Process

The selection process is a two-way street, allowing us to get to know you while also encouraging you to learn more about Adbri. The first step involves a brief phone call to explore your potential fit. The second step will be an in-person interview where you'll see one of our sites & meet the team.

Requirements
  • A medical test including a drug & alcohol test.
  • A police check.
  • If you're interested in a Concrete Truck Driver role, you need to have held a full Australian Driver's Licence for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual).
Onboarding
  • Upon securing your position, you will begin a comprehensive Onboarding Program. Depending on the role you are successful for this program runs from 2- 6 weeks.
