Lead Dentist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Dentist to join our practice. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care across a broad scope of dentistry, mentor and support a team of clinicians and dental assistants, collaborate with practice managers to uphold operational and clinical excellence, and maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

The Role:
  • Deliver high-quality care in general dentistry, with interests in endodontics, implants, cosmetics, CEREC or Invisalign (preferred)
  • Mentor and support a team of clinicians and dental assistants
  • Collaborate with practice managers to uphold operational and clinical excellence
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' clinical experience as a Dentist in Australia
  • Proven ability to lead, support and mentor a team
  • Strong skills in general dentistry, with interests in endodontics, implants, cosmetics, CEREC or Invisalign (preferred)
  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications
  • Current professional indemnity insurance
