About This Role:

This position requires a skilled Operations Technician to maintain the upkeep of our parks and open spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Cert III in Arboriculture or equivalent qualification and relevant experience as an Arborist. Additionally, they must hold a SafeWork NSW white card (general construction induction card) and a current Driver's Licence Class C.

You will work collaboratively with our team, manager, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver work requests and programs. Your strong communication skills and ability to provide feedback and contribute to team processes will be essential in enhancing service delivery, safety, and compliance.

In this role, you will plan and organize work to execute work requests or programs, report any identified variations to Team Leader or Tree Management Officer, and guide operational staff on site to ensure overall delivery of allocated work.
