About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our media operations.

Your primary focus will be on managing financial processes, including weekly upkeep, monthly reconciliation, and PO processing in Ariba. You will also be responsible for working closely with trade planning and production to ensure alignment on media in market.

In addition, you will manage cartology media packages, weekly bookings, and queries. You will also be responsible for coordinating short-term tactical activities and collaborating with the team to achieve our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial processes, including weekly upkeep, monthly reconciliation, and PO processing in Ariba.
  • Work closely with trade planning and production to ensure alignment on media in market.
  • Manage cartology media packages, weekly bookings, and queries.
  • Coordinate short-term tactical activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a meticulous eye for detail and a process-driven nature. You will also need to have experience in finance/accounts reconciliation and be proficient in using Ariba.
