We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learn to Swim Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality swim education programs.

The Learn to Swim Supervisor will work closely with the Learn to Swim Team Leader and Aquatic Program Coordinator to plan, deliver and evaluate all swim education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all swimming programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations with a high level of customer service to the Aquatic Centre's users.

The ideal candidate will have Austswim Instructors Certificate or equivalent, current Resuscitation Certificate, and excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills. Experience in instructing all levels/age groups of Learn to Swim (LTS) is also essential.
