As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working in a collaborative atmosphere that thrives on tackling new challenges daily. Your responsibilities will include creating an environment that champions quality outcomes, fosters collaboration among various stakeholders, and promotes continuous skill development within the Critical Supports Disability Sector.
You will assist our customers with complex needs, providing effective encouragement and innovative strategies to help individuals realise their full potential and the endless possibilities available to them.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges.
To be successful in this role, you should have a current Open Driver's Licence, Full COVID-19 Vaccinations, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, and 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with high-complex needs.
Multicap provides individualised support, experiences, and opportunities to our customers and clients across Queensland, northern New South Wales, and Victoria. We serve over 8000 customers and clients, focusing on ability, not disability.
