Home Lending Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Home Lending Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving excellent customer experience and growing a career within home lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive excellent customer experience by connecting with customers, completing lending assessments, and protecting our home lending business.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Home Loan Retention Specialists to help retain customers who have chosen us for their home lending needs.
  • Use your strong operating rhythms and practices to lead with a customer-first mindset and drive innovation that creates a customer experience like no other.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of lending and credit with a passion for helping our customers.
  • Ability to understand the drivers of retaining customers and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Natural commitment to customer service and enthusiasm for steering a business towards success.
