We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Personal Support Specialist. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients who require support with daily living tasks and personal care.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of customer support plans
  • Provide support to customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other support as required
  • Keep customer records up to date on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

We require:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in disability, individual support, aged care, nursing, or a related field
  • Experience in disability, aged care, or nursing sector (preferred)
