We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team as a Caregiver. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people by providing high-quality care and support.

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and feeding. You will also support residents with mobility and physical assistance, provide companionship and emotional support, and monitor and document residents' progress.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • An understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence
