Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for servicing an exclusive portfolio of luxury properties and high-profile clientele across Sydney's Inner City.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the property management team to service properties
  • Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
  • Assisting with covering a portfolio of properties
  • Ad hoc support to the property management team

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in real estate and property management, with scope to step up and manage your own small portfolio of properties down the track.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Leasing, Property Officer or Property Management role (ideal but not essential)
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
  • Top-notch attention to detail, great communication and time management skills
  • Immaculate presentation and a highly professional demeanour
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
