Job Title: Treasury Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to manage our company's financial assets and liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank reconciliations in SAP software.
  • Execute month-end procedures applicable to treasury management.
  • Sustain relationships with banks and other financial institutions, including transaction banking and payment gateways.
  • Process and coordinate administrative tasks relating to setup or amendment of product offerings with transactional banks.
  • Maintain accurate records related to banking products in use (e.g. signatories, bank authority, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on cash levels across the organization.
  • Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including cash positioning and forecasting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies, including payments centralization.
  • Perform periodic cash sweeps according to pre-established policies.
  • Provide assistance with gathering information to comply with requests from banks and auditors (e.g. KYC).
  • Participate in project work related to treasury management.

This role is a hybrid position based at our office location, with occasional visits to another site. You will be expected to work onsite at least three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
