Membership Coordinator Job Description

This is a part-time role that supports the delivery of membership services to our 700+ members. The Membership Coordinator plays a key role in supporting MRBTA members to thrive by offering connection to MRBTA's marketing and visitor servicing channels, and business training and development opportunities.

The Membership Coordinator reports to the Membership Manager and strives to provide an outstanding level of service for our members, acting as the first point of contact for all membership enquiries.

The Membership Coordinator provides support to the team to ensure that membership services are delivered in a way which is both efficient and tailored to the individual needs of members.

Key responsibilities include assisting with coordination of membership calendar, ensuring that excellent service levels are delivered to members through providing a range of in-person and online support, and troubleshooting support for bookings and referrals through MRBTA channels.

Administrative tasks include supporting annual membership renewals process, assisting with member onboarding, and assisting with administration of member benefits.

Marketing & Communications

Assist with accurately representing member product on MRBTA's consumer channels, e.g. Regional Map, and member content at . Contribute to the delivery of communications with members – e.g. Weekly newsletter, MRBTA Members' Facebook Group, relevant sections of . Assist with internal product training for visitor servicing and marketing.

Requirements
  1. Member Support & Development: Assist with coordination of membership calendar, including training and product development programs.
  2. Administration: Support annual membership renewals process, assist with member account administration, using systems such as the CRM, Sharepoint and member support register, and assist with administration of member benefits.
  3. Marketing & Communications: Assist with accurately representing member product on MRBTA's consumer channels, e.g. Regional Map, and member content at , contribute to the delivery of communications with members – e.g. Weekly newsletter, MRBTA Members' Facebook Group, relevant sections of , and assist with internal product training for visitor servicing and marketing.
