As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Managers at Team Global Express. Your contributions will directly influence their success, as you assist with various tasks including reporting, proposal preparation, quote generation, data analysis, and documentation management.
Your efforts in aiding the Business Development Managers to secure new clients will be complemented by your responsibility for ensuring a smooth transition for new clients to their assigned account managers.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in sales support, account management, customer service, or related fields
- A strong sense of pride in your work, coupled with a driven, positive, and dedicated attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate level
- Analytical mindset, personable demeanor, self-motivated, and passionate about your work
