  • Hold the team accountable to Riot's art quality and performance standards
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment where all members feel valued
  • Reduce noise, emotional friction, and toxic patterns within the team
  • Balance the needs of Riot with the needs of the team
  • Represent the team's voice and direction to other teams and products
  • Drive the development of efficient art pipelines

Requirements:

  • BA in Game Art Development (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience as a Senior or Lead Artist
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
