Position Overview
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Blast and Paint Supervisor to enhance our team based in Port Hedland.
Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will report directly to the Project Coordinator. Your main duty will be to oversee and guide our skilled team of Blast and Painters, ensuring excellence in both our workshop and site operations.
Note: This role is not FIFO; candidates must either reside in Port Hedland or be open to relocation. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising workshop and/or site operations
- Capability to perform QA inspections and testing in accordance with ITP
- Prior experience in team leadership, managing personnel, and facilitating communication across various trades
- Ability to create, modify, and submit documentation such as coating reports, ITPs, and JSEAs
- Demonstrated ability to ensure quality work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Reliability in planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal and legislative requirements
- Proven leadership in Health and Safety practices
- Proficient in computer applications
- Experience with 2-pack paints
- Familiarity with application methods including brush & roller, airless, and conventional
Required Certifications:
- NACE 2 (Essential)

- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- First Attack for Fire
- MSIC
- UHP Ticket
