**Job Summary:** A seasoned professional is sought after to spearhead food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will oversee the management of multiple outlets, encompassing dining rooms, bars, and in-room dining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize profitability by managing operating and labor costs
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards through staff supervision
  • Foster strong relationships with guests and clients
  • Proactively maintain a safe working environment while adhering to WHS protocols
  • Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role or as an Acting F&B Team Leader/Senior F&B Attendant in a 4-5 star hotel environment
  • Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Outlook and Micros)
  • Outstanding communication, written, and verbal skills
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate
