The Hotel features 179 spacious guest rooms with modern amenities, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and an alfresco-style restaurant and bar.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations.

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant/bar, and banquet operations
  • Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Create high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
  • Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting for the F&B department
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with other departments to support seamless hotel operations

**Requirements**

To be successful as a Food and Beverage Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing multiple F&B outlets and driving financial performance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and inventory management
  • Experience with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisive decisions under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Current Food Safety Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
