Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled End User Computing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment and core business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide helpdesk support and manage the provisioning and decommissioning of equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring employees have the tools they need to work efficiently
  • Maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure our systems run smoothly
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Experience with MS Active Directory management, AzureAD, and Office 365
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Preferred experience in desktop/laptop deployment using Intune
  • Intermediate MS Office troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in managing MS Teams and Zoom platform
  • Knowledge and understanding of 'Cloud' based technology
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A good understanding of troubleshooting techniques and tools
  • Broad knowledge on the hardware and software components in end user computing
