
Child Development Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Aboriginal families and children aged 2-6, providing early intervention work to enhance their development, care, education, and school readiness.
The successful applicant will require knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal communities, societies, and cultures in NSW. They will also be willing to advocate on behalf of Aboriginal young people and their families in providing cultural support and services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact in the lives of Aboriginal families and children.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant qualification in social work or a related field
- Experience working with Aboriginal families and children
- Knowledge of the issues affecting Aboriginal communities, societies, and cultures in NSW
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
